About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Billing Service Agent to join a dynamic team in Sofia.

In this role, you will support billing-related processes, using your German language skills in a professional customer service environment. The position offers structured onboarding, continuous learning opportunities, and potential for long-term career development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with billing-related customer needs and inquiries
