German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager – Barcelona (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing team in Barcelona.

In this role, you will work with high-potential businesses, helping them successfully onboard and optimize their advertising strategies using Google Ads. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving growth, improving performance, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions
  • Increase client investment and identify upselling opportunities
  • Maintain and update CRM systems
  • Handle a high volume of client interactions daily
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2) + English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or digital marketing
  • Strong experience in client-facing roles and relationship management
  • Experience with CRM tools and performance-driven environments
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with business acumen

German Market Focus

  • Strong understanding of German business culture and market dynamics
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy considerations
  • Experience handling ROI-related discussions and campaign performance

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital advertising (Google Ads, PPC)
  • AI tools usage in workflows
