Für ein wachsendes Unternehmen im Bereich Facility Management und Reinraumdienstleistungen suchen wir einen erfahrenen Service Manager (m/w/d). Unser Mandant betreut anspruchsvolle Kunden aus den Bereichen Pharma, Mikroelektronik und High-Tech-Produktion, in denen Präzision, Hygiene und Prozesssicherheit höchste Priorität haben.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Personal- und Einsatzplanung sowie Ressourcensteuerung
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Koordination von Material, Logistik und operativen Abläufen
  • Einarbeitung, Schulung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden sowie interne Fachbereiche
  • Unterstützung bei Kalkulationen und Angebotserstellungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Reinraum-, Qualitäts- und Prozessstandards

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung im operativen Reinigungsmanagement, Facility
  • Management oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Gebäudereiniger
  • Handwerk, im technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagseinsätzen

Von Vorteil

  • Kenntnisse der GMP- und ISO-Standards
  • Erfahrung mit Dokumentations- und Compliance-Prozessen
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
