Progetto Customer Experience – Grecia

Siamo alla ricerca di madrelingua italiani per unirsi al nostro team di assistenza clienti in Grecia. Il ruolo offre un ambiente di lavoro internazionale con un pacchetto di trasferimento completo per i candidati che si trasferiscono in Grecia.

Sede: Grecia (Da Remoto - Lavoro Da Casa)

Orario: 5 giorni a settimana, turni rotativi (08:00 – 00:00)

Pacchetto Economico e Benefit

Stipendio Base: €1.050 lordi/mese x 14 mensilità

Bonus Performance: Fino al 10%

Formazione Retribuita: Training completo fornito e retribuito fin dal primo giorno.

Pacchetto di Trasferimento (per candidati provenienti da un altro paese UE):

• Biglietto aereo coperto (all'interno dell'UE)

• 2 settimane di alloggio in hotel all'arrivo

Attività Quotidiane

• Fornire assistenza clienti via telefono, email e chat (in italiano)

• Supportare gli utenti con problemi di account, segnalazioni di contenuti e richieste sulla piattaforma

• Risolvere le richieste in modo efficiente mantenendo un'alta qualità del servizio

• Registrare accuratamente i dettagli delle interazioni nei sistemi CRM interni

• Raggiungere gli obiettivi standard di produttività e qualità del team

• Promuovere la sicurezza della community e la comprensione del prodotto

Profilo Ricercato

• Italiano madrelingua (livello C1/C2)

• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (livello B2+) per la formazione e la comunicazione interna

• Spiccate capacità interpersonali e analitiche

• Mentalità orientata alle soluzioni e genuina passione per aiutare gli altri

• Dimestichezza con strumenti digitali e ambienti multi-schermo

• Capacità di adattarsi a un team dinamico e multiculturale

• Nessuna esperienza precedente richiesta — formazione completa fornita
