Hier geht es nicht nur um Reinigung – sondern um die Sicherstellung von Produktqualität, regulatorischer Konformität und Produktionssicherheit in sensiblen Industrieumgebungen.

Ihre Rolle

Als Serviceleiter / Objektleiter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Führungsfunktion innerhalb der Organisation.

Sie sind verantwortlich für die operative Steuerung der Serviceleistungen an mehreren Berliner Kundenstandorten und agieren als direkte Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Teams.

Dabei führen und koordinieren Sie ein Team von rund 30 Reinigungsspezialisten sowie unterstützende Funktionen in QM, Auftragsmanagement und Lager.

Sie stellen sicher, dass höchste Reinraumstandards eingehalten werden, erkennen potenzielle Kontaminationsrisiken frühzeitig und entwickeln proaktiv nachhaltige Lösungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Personal- und Einsatzplanung im Reinraumbereich
  • Machbarkeitsprüfungen und Mitwirkung bei Kalkulationen sowie Angebotserstellung
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen bei Kunden vor Ort
  • Sicherstellung der Material- und Geräteverfügbarkeit
  • Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender sowie Organisation von Schulungen
  • Gewährleistung korrekter Zeiterfassung und Dokumentation
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Abteilungen

Die Position ist operativ geprägt und überwiegend vor Ort angesiedelt. Tägliche Einsätze innerhalb Berlins sind vorgesehen (Firmenwagen wird gestellt).

Eine gewisse Flexibilität hinsichtlich Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagseinsätzen ist bei betrieblicher Erforderlichkeit vorgesehen; solche Einsätze erfolgen jedoch nur vereinzelt abhängig von Kunden- und Projektanforderungen.

Ihr Profil

Must-Haves

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Gebäudereinigung oder handwerklich-technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung operativer Teams
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit im Reinraum (inkl. vollständiger Schutzkleidung)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Kenntnisse in GMP sowie ISO-Reinraumklassifizierungen
  • Erfahrung im Dokumentationswesen
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeitsschutz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Outlook, WhatsApp oder CRM-Systemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
