Projet Customer Experience – Télétravail en Grèce

Nous recherchons des francophones pour rejoindre notre équipe de support client en Grèce. Ce poste offre un environnement de travail international ainsi qu'un accompagnement complet à la relocalisation pour les candidats qui s'installent depuis la France vers la Grèce. Imaginez la liberté du télétravail — avec la vivacité de la vie grecque.

Lieu : Grèce (Télétravail – Lieu WAH : Athènes à l'arrivée)

Horaires : 5 jours par semaine, rotations (08:00 – 00:00)

Package Financier & Avantages

Salaire de base : 1 050 € bruts/mois x 14 fois par an

Bonus de performance : Jusqu'à 10%

Formation rémunérée : Une formation complète est fournie et entièrement rémunérée dès le premier jour.

Package de Relocalisation (Vous venez de France ? Nous prenons tout en charge) :

• Billet d'avion couvert (au sein de l'UE)

• 2 semaines d'hébergement à l'hôtel à l'arrivée

• Transfert depuis l'aéroport à l'arrivée

• Frais d'agence immobilière couverts

Infos Télétravail (WAH) :

• En cas de relocalisation depuis la France Lieu WAH : Athènes

Tâches Quotidiennes

• Fournir un support client par téléphone, e-mail et chat (en français)

• Aider avec les problèmes de compte, les signalements de contenu et les requêtes liées à la plateforme

• Résoudre les demandes des clients efficacement tout en maintenant une haute qualité de service

• Enregistrer avec précision les détails des interactions dans les systèmes CRM internes

• Atteindre les objectifs standards de productivité et de qualité de l'équipe

• Promouvoir la sécurité de la communauté et la compréhension du produit

Profil Recherché

• Français courant (niveau C1/C2)

• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau B2+) pour la formation et la communication interne

• Solides compétences interpersonnelles et analytiques

• Un état d'esprit orienté solutions et une véritable passion pour aider les autres

• À l'aise avec les outils numériques et les environnements multi-écrans

• Capacité à s'adapter à une équipe dynamique et multiculturelle

• Aucune expérience préalable requise — formation complète fournie
