Om rollen

Det här är en roll för dig som vill utvecklas inom kundservice, kommunikation och försäljning.

Du arbetar med befintliga kunder genom både inkommande och utgående samtal. Rollen handlar om att hjälpa kunder, svara på frågor, lösa ärenden och samtidigt se möjligheter att förbättra kundens lösning genom merförsäljning och uppsäljning när det finns ett värde för kunden.

Det är en kombination av kundservice och försäljning där fokus ligger på bra kundupplevelser, tydlig kommunikation och resultat.

I den här rollen arbetar vi med en tydlig trappstegsmodell där du successivt får lära dig fler arbetsuppgifter och ta mer ansvar över tid.

Du börjar med grunderna och bygger sedan vidare steg för steg inom exempelvis:

  • Kundservice
  • Kommunikation
  • Administration
  • Merförsäljning och uppsäljning
  • Förlängningar och kundvård
  • Mer avancerade kundärenden

Målet är att du ska utvecklas långsiktigt och successivt bygga upp en bred kompetens inom kundservice och försäljning.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Svara på inkommande samtal från kunder
  • Hjälpa kunder med frågor kring abonnemang, fakturor och tjänster
  • Hantera kundärenden och enklare administration
  • Kontakta befintliga kunder via telefon
  • Arbeta med merförsäljning, uppsäljning och förlängningar
  • Följa upp mål och utvecklas genom coachning och feedback
  • Bidra till en seriös och driven arbetsmiljö

Vem vi söker

Du behöver inte ha tidigare erfarenhet inom sälj eller kundservice. Det viktigaste är inställningen.

  • Du är bekväm med att prata i telefon
  • Du är serviceinriktad och gillar att hjälpa människor
  • Du kan lyssna och kommunicera tydligt
  • Du tar ansvar och kommer i tid
  • Du vill utvecklas och är öppen för feedback
  • Du har grundläggande datorvana
  • Du pratar och skriver svenska obehindrat

  • Arbetstider: Måndag–fredag 08.00–17.00
  • Arbetsform: På plats (ingen distans)
