Gestão de Dívida e Capital: Apoio na estruturação de operações de financiamento, monitoramento de riscos de posição e covenants, consolidação das operações de ACC/ACE e operacionalizar/gestão de Risco Sacado.

Relacionamento bancário: suporte imediato na gestão de limites bancários (documentação, projeção e prestação de contas), assim como responsável na captação de novos parceiros e oportunidades ao negócio.

Gerenciamento de Riscos (Hedge): Estruturação, execução, controle e estudos de derivativos para commodities (Boi Gordo, Soja, Milho) e Moedas (Dólar/EUR/PYG).

Fluxo de Caixa e Investimentos: Gestão do caixa e liquidez, controle de fundos de investimento e aplicações de curto/médio prazo.

Gerir risco de alocação, e apuração de rendimentos, taxas e impostos.

Desenvolvimento de Pessoas: Mentoria técnica e liderança direta do time de analistas, preparando-os para desenvolvimento profissional.

Reporting: Liderar os fechamentos mensais da tesouraria com interface direta nas áreas financeira transacional, contábil e fiscal.

Requisitos:

Superior completo em Finanças, Economia, Engenharia ou correlatos.

MBA em Finanças ou Controladoria.

Conhecimentos Específicos em Mercado de derivativos agro e domínio de normas IFRS/CPC (relevante para as áreas contábil/fiscal).

Idiomas: Inglês e Espanhol (Desejável/Avançado).

Vivencia com o uso de IA (ChatGPT, Copilot, automações) aplicada à rotina financeira para análise de dados e geração de relatórios.

Conhecimento e habilidades para gestão de indicadores financeiros e saúde financeira do negócio.

Vivência com operações bancárias e estruturadas.

Gestão de basis.

Vivencia com estruturação de Garantias Reais.

Conhecimento em Dashboard.

Conhecimento de conciliação bancária.
