Wir suchen für unseren Kunden ab sofort: 1 Lebensmitteltechnologe (m/w/d) in Korneuburg

Unser Kunde - ein innovativer, produzierender Familienbetrieb in Korneuburg - sucht eine/n engagierte/n Mitarbeiter in der Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d), die mit Leidenschaft, Hausverstand und Eigeninitiative zur Weiterentwicklung der Produktpalette beiträgt.

Das Unternehmen steht für kurze Entscheidungswege, Teamgeist und kreative Freiräume.

Ihr Angebot

* Eigenständige Pflege und Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Präsentationen

* Betreuung des Musterversands, Nachverfolgung und Abstimmung mit Kunden

* Prozessoptimierung in der laufenden Produktion

* Qualitätssicherung: Kontrolle und Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandard, sowie Durchführung von internen Analysen und Audits

* Aktive Einbringung von Ideen zur Produktentwicklung - gefragt ist Kreativität statt "Dienst nach Vorschrift"

* Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen (z. B. für den Handel)

* Kommunikation mit internationalen Partnern - teilweise auch auf Englisch

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsleiter und den Lieferanten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ernährungswissenschaften oder ähnlichem Fachgebiet

* Mindestens 3-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lebensmittelbereich

* Praxisorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kreativität und Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen

* Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

* Solide Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentationstools und Präsentationen

* Flexibilität und Offenheit, interne Abläufe aktiv mitzugestalten
