Fidelity Power Systems in Springfield, VA is looking for a driven Service Sales Representative to own and grow our Northern Virginia territory. This role is focused on selling maintenance agreements for industrial generators and expanding Fidelity’s service contract base through existing customer relationships, new equipment sales, and a large installed equipment base. This is not a cold-start sales role. Opportunities are already in the market—the challenge is converting them into long-term, comprehensive service agreements. Fidelity provides the tools, resources, and support; you bring the ownership, urgency, and ability to build relationships and close business. What You'll Do

Own and grow service contract sales throughout the Northern Virginia territory Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities Identify service opportunities through existing customers, new equipment sales, and the installed generator base Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand equipment and service needs Present and sell multi-year, comprehensive service agreements Develop and deliver Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Prepare accurate, timely quotes and consistently follow up on open opportunities Manage your sales pipeline, CRM activity, quotes, and closed business Expand existing customer agreements by increasing scope and adding services Monitor market and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Partner with Service, Parts, Contract Administration, and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met

What Success Looks Like

Consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets Converting opportunities into multi-year, comprehensive service agreements Building a strong pipeline and growing territory revenue year over year Expanding existing customer relationships and account value Becoming a trusted service partner within the Northern Virginia market

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B, service, or contract sales Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a territory Professional communication and strong business presence Ability to build credibility with customers at all levels, from field personnel to executive leadership Strong organization, time management, and pipeline management skills

Preferred, but not required:

Experience with generator service, mechanical systems, or a related industry Experience selling into commercial, industrial, or mission-critical environments Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field

Compensation & Opportunity

Base salary + uncapped commission No ceiling on earning potential Established territory with an existing customer base and consistent opportunity flow Commission earned at the time of sale on multi-year service agreements Ongoing opportunity to expand existing agreements, increase service scope, and secure new contracts
