A FIDENS busca um(a) Analista de Infraestrutura e Segurança para fortalecer nosso ambiente de TI, garantindo disponibilidade, performance e proteção dos dados. Você fará parte de um time próximo ao negócio, com autonomia para propor melhorias e implementar boas práticas de segurança.

  • Atuar na sustentação e evolução dos controles de Segurança da Informação, garantindo a proteção de dados e a conformidade com a LGPD;
  • Monitorar vulnerabilidades, ameaças e incidentes, realizando análises e implementando medidas preventivas e corretivas;
  • Administrar soluções de segurança, como firewall, antivírus/EDR, VPN, DLP, SIEM e IDS/IPS;
  • Gerenciar identidades e acessos no Active Directory (AD), Entra ID e Microsoft 365, aplicando políticas de segurança e controle de permissões;
  • Sustentar e evoluir a infraestrutura de TI, incluindo Windows Server, redes TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP e ambientes Microsoft;
  • Realizar troubleshooting avançado e prestar suporte N2/N3 para resolução de incidentes e demandas complexas;
  • Apoiar projetos de infraestrutura, melhorias tecnológicas e implantação de soluções de segurança;
  • Realizar visitas às obras e unidades operacionais para verificar equipamentos, sistemas e rotinas de backup, além de apoiar os usuários;
  • Apoiar fornecedores e parceiros na implantação e manutenção de soluções tecnológicas;
  • Contribuir com ações de conscientização em segurança, iniciativas de privacidade, auditorias de fornecedores e elaboração de relatórios, indicadores e documentações técnicas.
  • Experiência prévia como Analista de Infraestrutura e/ou Segurança da Informação;
  • Conhecimento em redes (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi corporativo);
  • Administração de servidores Windows e/ou Linux;
  • Experiência com firewalls, proxies, antivírus corporativo e ferramentas de monitoramento;
  • Noções de LGPD e boas práticas de segurança (ISO 27001, NIST ou similares);
  • Vivência em ambiente presencial, com suporte local a usuários e equipamentos.
