Disponent/in Import/Export Europäische Landtransporte 100%

Die Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die effiziente Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung internationaler Transporte und tragen massgeblich zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Warenflusses bei.

  • Selbstständige Disposition und operative Abwicklung von internationalen Import\- und Exportsendungen im europäischen Landverkehr
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Transportaufträgen unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts\-, Termin\- und Kostenvorgaben
  • Organisation und Koordination aller am Transportprozess beteiligten Partner, wie Transportunternehmer, Zollstellen und Kunden
  • Optimierung von Touren und Transportabläufen zur Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen Auslastung
  • Einkauf und Einsatzplanung von Transportdienstleistern sowie Fahrpersonal
  • Erstellung von Transport\-, Zoll\- und Versanddokumenten
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Bestands\- und Schlüsselkunden
  • Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen und Reklamationen sowie Einleitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Durchführung von Kalkulationen, Analysen und Auswertungen
  • Kontrolle sowie Fakturierung von Kunden\- und Lieferantenabrechnungen
  • Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben

Das Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/\-frau, Kaufmann/\-frau internationale Speditionslogistik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Disposition internationaler Import\- und Exportverkehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Schweiz und Europa
  • Erfahrung in GDP\-Transporten von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Zoll\- und Transportprozesse im grenzüberschreitenden Warenverkehr
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungs\- und Organisationstalent sowie wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Hohe Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT\-Anwendungen und Dispositionssystemen
