De rol

Je werkt nauw samen met de Financial Controller, Sales en Consultancy (facturering en klantenkaart) en Support. Klantgegevens zijn altijd actueel, facturen kloppen en klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn — dankzij jou.

Wat ga je doen? Abonnementsbeheer

• Verwerken van mutaties in abonnementen: nieuwe klanten, upgrades, downgrades en opzeggingen

• Bewaken van de juistheid en volledigheid van abonnementsgegevens in AFAS

• Signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig doorzetten naar de juiste afdeling

Facturatie

• Aanmaken en versturen van facturen op basis van abonnementen en afgenomen diensten

• Controleren van factuurgegevens op juistheid voor verzending

• Verwerken van creditnota's en correcties

Debiteurenbeheer

• Beheren van het debiteurenproces in Payt: openstaande facturen opvolgen via geautomatiseerde workflows

• Betaaltermijnen bewaken en herinneringen en aanmaningen versturen

• Langlopende openstaande posten signaleren en escaleren

• Periodiek rapporteren over de debiteurenpositie en ouderdomsanalyse

Klantenkaart

• Bijhouden en actueel houden van de klantenkaart in Salesforce

• Verwerken van wijzigingen in klantgegevens: contactpersonen, factuuradressen, contractinformatie

• Afstemmen van klantgegevens tussen AFAS, Salesforce en Payt

Hier herken jij jezelf in

Je hebt dit al gedaan:

• Je hebt een MBO+ achtergrond in Financiële Administratie, Bedrijfsadministratie of vergelijkbaar

• Je hebt minimaal 1–2 jaar ervaring in een administratieve rol, bij voorkeur in debiteurenbeheer

• Je hebt gewerkt met AFAS, Salesforce of Payt — of bent bereid dit snel eigen te maken

• Je bent vaardig in Excel en MS Office

Jij als persoon:

• Je bent nauwkeurig en gestructureerd — fouten in de administratie zie jij al van verre aankomen

• Je bent niet bang om een klant te bellen over een openstaande factuur — zakelijk en vriendelijk tegelijk

• Je werkt zelfstandig maar schakelt makkelijk met collega's

• Je bent proactief: je signaleert problemen voordat ze groot worden

• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands én hebt een goede beheersing van het Engels

• Affiniteit met ICT en SaaS-omgevingen is een plus
