We are seeking a loaner coordinator for our busy service department. This is a full-time position with benefits!

Fields Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create lifelong relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and greet customers professionally; open the door for guests as they arrive
  • Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member
  • Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles
  • Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's
  • Check guests into loaner vehicles
  • Check / Inspect loaner vehicles being returned
  • Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly (Friday) inventory checks
  • Ability to shuttle customers if needed
  • Help keep service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Friendly, personable, professional appearance
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
