Im Bereich Payroll & Benefits kümmern wir uns darum, dass unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen zuverlässig und korrekt abgerechnet werden. Genau deshalb brauchen wir Menschen, die sorgfältig arbeiten und auch bei sensiblen Themen rund um das Gehalt das nötige Fingerspitzengefühl beweisen.

Während deiner Ausbildung lernst du Payroll & Benefits von Grund auf kennen. Du startest mit grundlegenden Aufgaben im Payroll Support. Später lernst du auch fachlich tiefergehende Aufgaben eines Payroll Specialistskennen. So erfährst du Schritt für Schritt, wie die Entgeltabrechnung in einem großen Unternehmen funktioniert und warum Genauigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Kommunikation dabei so wichtig sind.

Das erwartet dich bei uns. Deine Aufgaben.

  • Du durchläufst verschiedene Rollen innerhalb von Payroll & Benefits und entwickelst dich fachlich weiter, indem du zunehmend anspruchsvollere Aufgaben übernimmst.
  • Du unterstützt bei Abrechnungstätigkeiten und lernst die administrativen und operativen Prozesse kennen. Du pflegst beispielsweise Stammdaten, erstellst Abrechnungen und Bescheinigungen oder korrespondierst mit Ämtern.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Administration unserer angebotenen Benefits.
  • Du beantwortest telefonische Anfragen rund ums Gehalt und lernst unterschiedliche Anliegen lösungsorientiert zu bearbeiten.
  • Du lernst bestehende Prozesse kennen und entwickelst mit zunehmender Erfahrung ein Verständnis dafür, wie sie weitergedacht und verbessert werden können.

  • Du hast Lust, dich Schritt für Schritt in Payroll-Themen einzuarbeiten.
