Perfil Desejado:

  • Formação acadêmica obrigatória: Ensino Superior Completo.
  • Principais atividades: Coordenar a equipe de vendas, definindo metas e objetivos alinhados com o planejamento estratégico da área. Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de operações, promovendo seu crescimento e eficiência. Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas e marketing para expandir a base de clientes. Monitorar e analisar as vendas e o desempenho da equipe para identificar áreas de melhoria e implementar ações corretivas. Coordenar o treinamento e o desenvolvimento contínuo da equipe de vendas, assegurando habilidades e conhecimentos necessários. Coordenar a atuação das posições de liderança técnica. Garantir o cumprimento das exigências legais nas atividades da área.
  • Experiência Obrigatória: Mínimo de 6 meses comprovados na área.
  • Competências Técnicas: Experiência em gestão de vendas e marketing. Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação e vendas. Habilidade em análise de dados e planejamento estratégico. Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e softwares de vendas. Conhecimento em técnicas de Gestão de Pessoas.
  • Desejável experiência em Contact Center.
