Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Monteur leer je elke dag bij, terwijl je al veel voorkomende werkzaamheden zelfstandig uitvoert. Je bent bezig met:

✔ Uitvoeren van onderhoudsbeurten ✔ Verhelpen van remproblemen en andere basisreparaties ✔ Uitvoeren van software-updates en eenvoudige elektronische checks ✔ Rijklaar maken van e-bikes voor klanten ✔ Opstellen van facturen en lichte administratieve taken ✔ Bij complexere technische problemen krijg je ondersteuning van een Senior Monteur

Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega’s, van wie je veel kunt leren. Zo groei je stap voor stap richting de rol van Medior of zelfs Senior Monteur.

Wie ben jij?

✔ Je hebt het diploma Tweewielertechniek, óf aantoonbare ervaring in de fietsenbranche ✔ Je kunt de meest voorkomende werkzaamheden zelfstandig uitvoeren ✔ Je wilt jezelf graag ontwikkelen in e-bike techniek ✔ Je bent beschikbaar voor 32–38 uur per week, inclusief één weekenddag ✔ Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt klanttevredenheid belangrijk

De stap naar Medior/Senior Monteur bepaal jij voor een groot deel zelf. Je ontwikkeling wordt twee keer per jaar besproken in een ontwikkelingsgesprek waarin we kijken naar:
