Fifth Gear Automotive is a top nationally ranked family-owned dealer alternative automotive repair business that has been proudly serving the Greater DFW Metroplex area since 2004. We make finding a dealer alternative really easy. We start with free pickup and delivery, free initial diagnosis, free 3 year/36K warranty, free hand wash and all this value without all the typical added dealer hassle and prices. We specialize in all makes and model including Gas, Diesel, Hybrid, and Electric.

Account Manager/Business Development:

o Maintain and nurture existing relationship through consistent contact/visits

o Develop new/additional shops through research and contact

o Ongoing evaluation of shop relationships

o Track, record and report shop activities

Community Outreach

o Facilitate participation in local chambers and other business associations

o Organize and participate in community activities and events

o Develop and Oversite of New Outreach Programs and Events

o Develop and Oversite of Local Community Involvement Events

o Track, record and report on community outreach activities

Corporate Account Development

o Maintain and nurture existing relationships through consistent contact and visits

o Develop new/additional corporate accounts through research and contact

o Ongoing evaluation of shop relationships

o Track, record and report on corporate account activities

o Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Review Performance Monitoring

Team Participation

· Actively participate in Morning Huddles and Team Meetings at all facilities

· Engage with all facilities team members during normal business operations

· Daily Interaction with Marketing Team to Manage Programs

Experience:

  • Account Management/Business Development: 2 years (required)
  • Automotive Industry: 2 years (preferred)
