The posting

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!

At Figma, our Solutions Consulting team bridges technical expertise with business context to help customers realize what's possible with our platform. As a Senior Solutions Consultant based in Seoul and supporting enterprise accounts in Korea, you'll partner with Sales to shape technical deal strategies and lead complex customer evaluations. You'll connect customer business goals with Figma's capabilities, align stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, IT, and Security, and guide customers toward secure adoption at scale. Beyond individual opportunities, you'll contribute reusable approaches and coach teammates to strengthen the team's effectiveness.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Lead discovery for complex enterprise opportunities, uncover business priorities and technical requirements, and deliver tailored demonstrations and solution recommendations that connect Figma's capabilities to measurable customer outcomes
  • Partner with Sales to define technical deal strategies, map stakeholders and decision criteria, agree on evaluation success measures, and lead evaluations through to a clear customer decision
  • Own the customer IT and Security relationship throughout the deal cycle, coordinate security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity and enterprise requirements, and engage specialists to resolve complex questions and adoption risks
  • Synthesize customer feedback across Korean accounts, identify recurring workflow and security needs, and partner with internal teams to inform product improvements and communicate current capabilities and limitations accurately
  • Prioritize technical sales efforts across multiple opportunities, anticipate blockers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and develop repeatable approaches that improve enterprise evaluations and adoption
  • Build reusable demos, technical guidance, and evaluation frameworks, and coach teammates on discovery, solution positioning, and handling complex customer conversations
  • Operate with autonomy in ambiguous customer situations, exercise sound judgment about trade-offs and escalation, and bring together Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Support to move opportunities forward

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of sales engineering or solutions consulting experience in a SaaS organization
  • A strong technical foundation, with practical experience in front-end development or the software development lifecycle and familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments, identity, security, and governance requirements
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI, and a habit of hands-on experimentation to assess capabilities and limitations, develop credible customer use cases, and share practical guidance with teammates
  • Strong communication skills, with experience influencing technical and business decision-makers, including senior leaders, and tailoring discovery, presentations, and demonstrations to Product, Design, Engineering, IT, and Security audiences
  • Fluency in English to collaborate with internal teams and the global Figma community

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Proficiency in Figma or other UX/UI design tools
  • Experience working in a high-growth or fast-changing SaaS environment

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
