  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate issues and updates promptly to relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a technician in a related field.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial automation equipment, such as conveyors, motors, VFDs, sensors, and safety devices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of 3-phase power, motor control circuits, and PLC I/O troubleshooting.
  • High level understanding of precision measuring equipment and/or electrical assembly and integration.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound judgment calls overnight.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
