We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Manager to oversee our R&D facility for robot use case testing. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in space planning, industrial facility management, or hardware project management.
  • Experience using CAD software for 2D/3D facility layout, workcell placement, and spatial planning.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing technical buildouts or workcell projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to keep diverse teams aligned.
  • Low-ego, team-first collaborative style with a pragmatic, "can-do" approach to daily problem-solving.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Electrical Systems Knowledge: Practical understanding of building electrical infrastructure, power load requirements, and drop planning for industrial machinery/workcells.
  • Hands-On Fabrication Skills: Practical experience with custom fabrication, mechanical assembly, prototyping, or working with shop tools to build physical test rigs or workcells.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
