Duties and Responsibilities

“Follow hierarchy of payment when receipting

Side-by-side with billers for the collection on occupied units"

"Close out of findings within TAT:

1. Major Findings must be closed-out within 30 days

2. Medium Findings must be closed-out within 60 days

3. Minor Findings must be closed-out within 90 days"

Ensure to attain audit score not lower than 85%

Centralized Document Tracking and Compliance via OneDrive

Have a clear communication with client and frequent updates on the situation of the project."
