Job Summary

The Marketing Support Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support to the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, events, and day-to-day activities. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing materials, maintaining databases, assisting with content creation, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, web, print).
  • Coordinate with vendors, creative teams, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Support event planning and execution, including webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Manage inventory and distribution of promotional materials and branded merchandise.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as organizing files, and processing RFPs, CAs, and liquidations.
  • Assist in content creation for social media, and basic marketing collateral.
  • Provide general support to Sales and PD to ensure marketing operations are efficient and aligned with strategic goals.

Marketing Activities

  • Assists in corporate- and sales-initiated activities to help generate leads and sales for assigned projects.
  • Coordinates, assists, and negotiates with third-party agencies and/or suppliers to create effective marketing activities and/or special events.
  • Ensures that activities and events are well-organized and well-coordinated, creating a conducive environment for clients and sales teams.
  • Assists in managing key organizational tie-ups and sponsorships.

Technical Competencies and Skills

Marketing Operations Management, Project Coordination, Digital Marketing, Budget and Documentation Management, Microsoft Office Suite, canva, Adobe Creative Suite

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

College Graduate, With Real Estate Experience
