Nous recherchons plusieurs Fraiseurs / Fraiseuses sur commande numérique (CNC) pour une entreprise spécialisée dans les solutions de télécommunications et le travail de précision des métaux, située à Renaix (Ronse), en Belgique.Les candidats retenus seront recrutés en contrat de travail temporaire / intérim par une agence d'intérim partenaire belge et mis à disposition de l'entreprise utilisatrice.Vos missions :- Préparer, régler et conduire des fraiseuses à commande numérique- Usiner des pièces métalliques conformément aux plans et spécifications techniques- Sélectionner les outils et réaliser les réglages nécessaires à la production- Effectuer des opérations de tournage selon les besoins de fabrication- Réaliser des travaux de soudure fine sur des composants métalliques- Respecter les exigences de précision, notamment pour les assemblages délicats- Mesurer les pièces et vérifier les dimensions, tolérances et finitions- Détecter les défauts d'usinage ou de soudage et effectuer les corrections nécessaires- Entretenir les outils et équipements, appliquer les règles de qualité et de sécurité- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour respecter les objectifs de productionProfil recherché :- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente, notamment en fraisage CNC- Expérience du réglage et de la conduite de machines d'usinage- Lecture et interprétation des plans et documents techniques- Maîtrise des instruments de mesure et du contrôle dimensionnel- Compétences en soudure fine appréciées pour les travaux de précision- Connaissances en tournage et travail des métaux appréciées- Formation technique en mécanique ou usinage, ou expérience équivalente- Profils francophones acceptés- Rigueur, autonomie et esprit d'équipeConditions :- Lieu : Renaix (Ronse), Flandre-Orientale, Belgique- Nombre de postes : 8- Contrat : Travail temporaire / Intérim à temps plein- Temps de travail : 40 heures par semaine, en journée- Du lundi au jeudi : 7 h 45 à 12 h et 12 h 30 à 16 h 30- Le vendredi : fin de service annoncée à 15 h 15 ; horaire complet à confirmer- Travail sur site, dans un environnement de fabrication de précisionRémunération :- De 19 € à 22 € brut par heure, selon l'expérience et les qualifications- Salaire net mensuel estimatif : environ 2 250 € à 2 600 €, selon la situation individuelle- Taux supérieur possible selon les compétencesHébergement :- Chambre individuelle meublée : 110 € par semaine- Eau, gaz, électricité, Internet illimité et lave-linge inclus- Sous réserve de disponibilité et des modalités applicablesAvantages complémentaires :- Titres-repas jusqu'à 8 € par jour travaillé, sous conditions- Majoration d'équipe pouvant atteindre 12 % uniquement si applicable aux horaires effectués- Indemnité de trajet domicile-travail selon la distance et le moyen de transport- Participation aux frais de voyage vers la Belgique jusqu'à 125 € après 4 semaines de travail, sous conditions- Prime de fin d'année estimée à 1 900 € nets pour une année complète, sous conditions- Pécule de vacances estimé à 3 500 € nets pour une année complète, sous conditions- Jusqu'à 12 jours ADV supplémentaires selon les modalités applicables- Possibilité d'organisation d'un vélo ou d'un transport local, coûts communiqués à l'avanceLes primes, indemnités et avantages dépendent des conditions d'éligibilité et des dispositions applicables.Droit au travail et recrutement :Les candidats doivent disposer du droit ou des autorisations nécessaires pour travailler légalement en Belgique, conformément à leur situation individuelle et à la réglementation applicable.La sélection repose sur des critères professionnels objectifs, dans le respect de l'égalité de traitement et de la non-discrimination.
