Nous recherchons 8 Monteurs / Monteuses de machines industrielles expérimenté(e)s pour une entreprise spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication de machines et d'équipements destinés à l'industrie agroalimentaire, située à Nieuport (Nieuwpoort), en Belgique.Les candidats retenus seront recrutés en contrat de travail temporaire / intérim par une agence d'intérim partenaire belge et mis à disposition de l'entreprise utilisatrice.Vos missions :- Assembler des composants mécaniques et des sous-ensembles industriels- Réaliser le montage complet de machines et de systèmes mécaniques- Lire et interpréter les plans techniques, schémas et instructions d'assemblage- Sélectionner et préparer les outils et composants nécessaires au montage- Positionner, ajuster, aligner et fixer les différentes pièces mécaniques- Vérifier les dimensions, alignements et tolérances des assemblages- Effectuer les contrôles qualité des machines et ensembles montés- Identifier les défauts de montage et les anomalies mécaniques- Signaler les problèmes techniques et participer à leur résolution- Préparer les équipements pour les essais, installations ou livraisons- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour respecter les délais de production- Respecter les consignes de sécurité et maintenir un atelier propre et organiséProfil recherché :- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en assemblage mécanique, montage de machines industrielles ou activité similaire- Connaissances en mécanique industrielle et/ou électromécanique- Expérience dans l'assemblage de machines ou d'équipements de production appréciée- Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et schémas techniques- Maîtrise des outils de montage, d'ajustage et de fixation mécanique- Aptitude à contrôler les dimensions et la conformité des assemblages- Formation technique en mécanique, électromécanique ou qualification équivalente appréciée- Profils francophones acceptés- Rigueur, précision, autonomie et esprit d'équipe- Sens de l'organisation et respect des procédures de sécuritéConditions :- Lieu : Nieuport (Nieuwpoort), Flandre-Occidentale, Belgique- Nombre de postes : 8- Contrat : Travail temporaire / Intérim à temps plein- Horaires : Travail en journée, sur site- Environnement : Atelier de fabrication de machines industrielles- Prise de poste : Selon les besoins de recrutement et les missions disponiblesRémunération :- Salaire brut de départ : 19,50 € par heure- Rémunération supérieure possible selon l'expérience et les compétences professionnellesHébergement :- Chambre individuelle meublée : 110 € par semaine- Eau, gaz, électricité et Internet illimité inclus- Hébergement selon les disponibilités et modalités applicablesAvantages complémentaires :- Indemnité de déplacement selon la distance et le moyen de transport- Participation aux frais de déplacement vers la Belgique jusqu'à 125 € après 4 semaines de travail, sous conditions- Prime de fin d'année : environ 1 900 € nets pour une année complète, à titre indicatif- Pécule de vacances : environ 3 500 € nets pour une année complète, à titre indicatif- Vélo ou autre moyen de transport local pouvant être organisé selon les disponibilités et modalités applicablesLes primes, indemnités et avantages dépendent des conditions d'éligibilité et des dispositions applicables.Droit au travail et recrutement :Les candidats doivent disposer du droit ou des autorisations nécessaires pour travailler légalement en Belgique, conformément à leur situation individuelle et à la réglementation applicable.La sélection repose sur des critères professionnels objectifs, dans le respect de l'égalité de traitement et de la non-discrimination.
