Nous recherchons 8 Opérateurs / Opératrices sur machine de découpe à l'emporte-pièce expérimenté(e)s pour une entreprise spécialisée dans la fabrication d'emballages en carton, notamment alimentaires, située à Lichtervelde, en Belgique.Les candidats retenus seront recrutés en contrat de travail temporaire / intérim par une agence d'intérim partenaire belge et mis à disposition de l'entreprise utilisatrice.Vos missions :- Préparer, régler et conduire des machines industrielles de découpe et de rainage du carton- Suivre les ordres de fabrication, consignes techniques et spécifications des clients- Ajuster les paramètres des machines selon les formats et les découpes demandés- Surveiller la production et contrôler le fonctionnement des équipements- Vérifier la qualité et la conformité des emballages fabriqués- Identifier les défauts et effectuer les corrections nécessaires- Maintenir la cadence de production tout en limitant les pertes de matière- Effectuer les contrôles et opérations d'entretien préventif de premier niveau- Signaler les anomalies techniques et collaborer avec les équipes de maintenance- Renseigner les documents de suivi de production- Maintenir un poste de travail propre et respecter les règles de sécuritéProfil recherché :- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en conduite de machines industrielles ou en production- Expérience en découpe de carton appréciée, notamment sur machines Bobst ou Iberica- Connaissance du fonctionnement et du réglage des équipements de production- Capacité à appliquer les ordres de fabrication et les instructions techniques- Aptitude à contrôler les produits et à détecter les anomalies- Notions de calcul et utilisation des outils informatiques de base- Formation technique secondaire ou qualification équivalente appréciée- Profils francophones acceptés- Rigueur, fiabilité, autonomie et esprit d'équipe- Capacité à travailler en deux équipes et en station debout prolongéeConditions :- Lieu : Lichtervelde, Flandre-Occidentale, Belgique- Nombre de postes : 8- Contrat : Travail temporaire / Intérim à temps plein- Horaires : Travail posté en deux équipes- Environnement : Site de production d'emballages en carton- Prise de poste : Selon les besoins de recrutement et les missions disponiblesRémunération :- Salaire brut de départ : 18 € par heure- Rémunération supérieure possible selon l'expérience et les compétencesHébergement :- Chambre individuelle meublée : 110 € par semaine- Eau, gaz, électricité et Internet illimité inclus- Hébergement selon les disponibilités et modalités applicablesAvantages complémentaires :- Indemnité de déplacement selon la distance et le moyen de transport- Participation aux frais de déplacement vers la Belgique jusqu'à 125 € après 4 semaines de travail, sous conditions- Prime de fin d'année : environ 1 900 € nets pour une année complète, à titre indicatif- Pécule de vacances : environ 3 500 € nets pour une année complète, à titre indicatif- Vélo ou autre moyen de transport local pouvant être organisé selon les disponibilitésLes primes, indemnités et avantages dépendent des conditions d'éligibilité et des dispositions applicables.Droit au travail et recrutement :Les candidats doivent disposer du droit ou des autorisations nécessaires pour travailler légalement en Belgique, conformément à leur situation individuelle et à la réglementation applicable.La sélection repose sur des critères professionnels objectifs, dans le respect de l'égalité de traitement et de la non-discrimination.
