* Objetivo do trabalho: O Analista de Backoffice é responsável por fornecer suporte administrativo e operacional para as atividades da empresa. O profissional irá garantir a organização e eficiência dos processos internos, visando o atendimento de demandas relacionadas a serviços e atendimento ao cliente. Essa função é essencial para manter a continuidade e a integridade das operações diárias da empresa.

* Responsabilidades:

- Auxilia na gestão de documentos e informações, garantindo que todos os registros estão atualizados e organizados.

- Prepara relatórios e análises, utilizando sistemas internos para coletar e apresentar dados relevantes que ajudem na tomada de decisões.

- Comunica-se com outros departamentos e equipes para facilitar a troca de informações e assegurar a fluidez nos processos.

- Executa atividades de controle de estoque, monitorando e registrando entradas e saídas de materiais e produtos.

- Realiza o atendimento a clientes internos e externos, solucionando dúvidas e orientando sobre procedimentos e políticas da empresa.

- Colabora na implementação de melhorias nos processos administrativos, buscando maior eficiência e qualidade nas operações.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento geral em rotinas administrativas e operacionais, incluindo habilidades em organização e registro de informações.

- Habilidade em comunicação escrita e oral, para interagir com diferentes áreas e clientes.

- Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de informática, especialmente em pacotes de edição de texto e planilhas eletrônicas.

- Capacidade de resolver problemas simples e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo. Formação em áreas como Administração, Gestão, ou áreas afins será considerada um diferencial.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência prévia em funções administrativas ou de suporte em ambiente corporativo é desejável, incluindo estágios ou trabalhos temporários na área.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático: familiaridade suficiente com o assunto para conhecer princípios e terminologia básicos e para compreender e resolver problemas simples.
