* Objetivo do trabalho: O Assistente de Departamento Pessoal apoia as atividades administrativas e operacionais relacionadas à gestão de pessoas, garantindo a conformidade dos processos de recursos humanos. A função tem como foco a organização e atualização de documentos, controle de ponto e processamento de folha de pagamento, contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho eficiente e produtivo.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realiza o registro e controle de ponto dos colaboradores, assegurando a precisão das horas trabalhadas.

- Colabora na preparação da folha de pagamento, verificando dados e informações necessárias para o cálculo correto dos salários.

- Apoia no processo de admissões e demissões, organizando documentação e mantendo arquivos atualizados.

- Fornece suporte na elaboração de relatórios e planilhas relacionados a atividades do departamento pessoal, com foco na eficiência e em prazos.

- Mantém a comunicação entre a equipe e os colaboradores, auxiliando na resolução de dúvidas sobre benefícios e políticas da empresa.

- Colabora na implementação de processos internos e contribui para a melhoria contínua das práticas de gestão de pessoas.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em legislação trabalhista e direitos e deveres dos colaboradores.

- Habilidade com ferramentas de gestão de pessoal, como sistemas de folha de pagamento e controle de ponto.

- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, além de habilidades interpessoais para lidar com colaboradores e equipe.

- Capacidade analítica e organização para gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e prazos.

* Qualificações educacionais:

- Ensino médio completo. Formação superior em áreas relacionadas a Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas afins é desejável, mas não obrigatória.

* Experiências profissionais:

- Experiência anterior em cargos de suporte no departamento pessoal ou em funções similares é um diferencial. Estágios ou experiências acadêmicas em Recursos Humanos serão considerados.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal e folha de pagamento. Familiaridade com sistemas de informações de recursos humanos e noções básicas de contabilidade e legislação trabalhista serão valorizadas.
