* Objetivo do trabalho: O Oficial de Corte e Religação é responsável pela execução de atividades relacionadas ao corte e religação de serviços de água. O trabalho visa garantir a contínua e adequada prestação de serviços, respeitando as normas e procedimentos da empresa. O profissional irá atuar diretamente nas operações de atendimento ao cliente e solução de problemas.

* Responsabilidades:

- Executar o corte e a religação de serviços de água, de acordo com as diretrizes da empresa e demandas de clientes.

- Realizar inspeções e verificar as condições dos locais para assegurar a correta execução dos serviços.

- Interagir com os clientes, fornecendo informações e orientações sobre os processos de corte e religação.

- Manter registros atualizados das atividades realizadas, garantindo a documentação precisa dos serviços executados.

- Trabalhar em colaboração com outras equipes para resolver problemas relacionados a serviços interrompidos.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático sobre normas operacionais e procedimentos relacionados ao setor de água.

- Habilidades de comunicação para interação eficaz com clientes e colegas de equipe.
