Voor een klant in de regio Waregem zoeken we een calculator die prijsvragen omzet in correcte en commercieel sterke offertes. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de voorbereiding van projecten: wat jij berekent, bepaalt of een dossier gewonnen wordt.

Onze medewerkers versterken dagelijks sterke bedrijven als calculator, projectleider, werkvoorbereider, ingenieur of werfleider. Daarbij kunnen ze rekenen op onze ondersteuning, begeleiding en betrokkenheid als werkgever. We staan voor een no-nonsense aanpak, korte communicatielijnen en duurzame samenwerkingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je analyseert binnenkomende prijsvragen voor residentiële projecten en projectbouw.
  • Je interpreteert plannen, bestekken, EPB-documenten en technische informatie.
  • Je bepaalt de benodigde materialen en de geschikte uitvoeringsmethodes.
  • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en verwerkt die in een correcte kostprijsberekening.
  • Je stelt verzorgde offertes op maat van het project op, technisch correct en budgettair aantrekkelijk.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met collega’s, leveranciers en klanten en bewaakt de deadlines.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers en kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Je bent sterk in Excel.
  • Ervaring met Logikal is een belangrijke troef.
  • Ervaring als calculator is een plus, maar geen absolute vereiste: heb je een eerste relevante werkervaring in de bouw of in de sector van ramen en deuren, dan leer je de rest ter plaatse.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, en denkt commercieel mee.
