Nous accompagnons les start-ups et PME ambitieuses dans leur croissance, en combinant expertise technique, digitalisation et vision stratégique.

Pour soutenir notre dĂ©veloppement, nous recherchons un.e Expert-Comptable Nouvelle GĂ©nĂ©ration (minimum 4 ans d’expĂ©rience), prĂȘt.e Ă  superviser, encadrer et prendre de la hauteur sur les missions confiĂ©es.

🎯 Vos missions principales

En lien direct avec les dirigeants et au sein d’une Ă©quipe soudĂ©e, vous :

  • Supervisez et accompagnez les profils plus juniors dans leur progression technique et leur autonomie.
  • Revoyez et validez les clĂŽtures, dĂ©clarations fiscales et analyses financiĂšres prĂ©parĂ©es par l’équipe.
  • Apportez une vision stratĂ©gique sur les dossiers et anticipez les besoins des clients.
  • Participez activement aux Ă©changes avec les entrepreneurs et les aidez Ă  transformer leurs chiffres en dĂ©cisions Ă©clairĂ©es.
  • Contribuez Ă  la modernisation continue du cabinet : digitalisation, automatisation et optimisation des processus internes.

  • Minimum 4 ans d’expĂ©rience en fiduciaire ou cabinet.
  • DiplĂŽmĂ©.e en comptabilitĂ©, fiscalitĂ© ou finance – membre ITAA (ou en voie de l’ĂȘtre).
  • Solides bases techniques et goĂ»t pour la transmission et l’encadrement.
  • Esprit analytique, rigoureux et orientĂ© solutions.
  • Envie de contribuer Ă  la transformation du mĂ©tier et d’intĂ©grer une structure qui valorise l’innovation et la rĂ©flexion.
