Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantworten des administrativen Prozesses von Krankheits\- und Unfallmeldungen bis zur korrekten Taggeldabrechnung
  • Mitwirken an der monatlichen Taggeldverarbeitung
  • Pflegen des Kontakts zu HR\-Personen, Versicherten und Entwicklern, um Dienstleistungen kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Konzeptionieren und Umsetzen von Prozessen im Bereich Krankheits\- und Unfallmeldungen
  • Erste Ansprechstelle für HR\-Personen bei Fragen zum Versicherungsmanagement und Durchführen erster Abklärungen bei Bedarf

Dein Profil

  • Weiterbildung im Sozialversicherungsbereich
  • Berufserfahrung mit der Applikation UKA erwünscht
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Prozessmanagement oder ausgewiesene Erfahrung in diesem Bereich
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Vernetzen, Strukturieren und selbstständig Organisieren gehören zu deinen Stärken
