Als Service Manager/-in bildest du die Schnittstelle zwischen unserer Kundschaft und den Leistungserbringern. Zusammen mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen verantwortest du den laufenden Betrieb und gestaltest den künftigen Leistungsumfang des Services. Du planst und prüfst zudem Aufträge im Rahmen des Demand- und Change-Managements und verantwortest deren Umsetzung.
