**Deine Aufgaben**

* Bewerbungsdossiers vorselektieren sowie Interviews mit Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten vorbereiten * Aktiv in der täglichen HR-Arbeit mitwirken * Prozesse optimieren, Ideen in HR-Themen sammeln und aufbereiten * Das HR bei Projekten unterstützen (z.B. Business Media, Unternehmenskultur, Change-Projekte) * Administrative Tätigkeiten rund um die Anstellung von Mitarbeitenden abwickeln

**Dein Profil**

* In Vorbereitung zum Abschluss Bachelor/ Master in BWL oder BSc Betriebsökonomie * Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen sowie Freude an operativen und konzeptionellen Aufgaben * Vernetztes Denken und gute Analysefähigkeiten * Gute Excelkenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten * Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
