We're changing that by building the AI-powered one-stop shop for investing, where you can track your assets, manage your budget, invest, and learn. Why now?

A new generation of investors is emerging: ambitious, involved, done with taboos around money. We see a world where investing empowers everybody to live the life they've always dreamt of. To fuel that, we raised €40M from Hedosophia, Y Combinator, and Speedinvest, alongside founders and operators like Steve Anavi & Alexandre Prot (Qonto), Matthieu Rouif (Photoroom), Eric Demuth (Bitpanda), Axel Weber (former UBS Chairman), and Harsh Sinha (CTO at Wise).

In July 2026, the AMF granted us our MiCA license, on top of our Investment Firm license: one of the very few French platforms holding both, offering stocks, ETFs and crypto on a single regulated platform, right as Europe consolidates around licensed players. ABOUT THE ROLE

- Build a scalable and predictable growth engine

- Own the growth-related product roadmap (onboarding, activation, conversion, trust, growth loops)

- Scale acquisition while ensuring growth is driven by product leverage, not just spend

- Elevate Finary into the #1 premium wealth brand in France

- Shape the international growth and marketing playbook

- Build and lead a world-class growth team across product and marketing

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Ops to turn growth strategy into shipped reality. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to our CEO, Mounir.

YOU’D BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

- Have held a Head of Growth, VP Growth, Head of Marketing with product ownership, or CMO role in a B2C startup

- Have owned product-led growth, not just acquisition

- Are a systems thinker who operates naturally in growth loops and funnels

- Are data-driven, with strong mastery of CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort analysis

- Combine strategic clarity with a hands-on execution mindset

- Know how to recruit, lead, and inspire top talent

- Bring an AI-first mindset to experimentation and productivity
