Er du en erfaren BIM/IKT-specialist, der vil sætte retningen for, hvordan vi hos KI arbejder med modeller, data og tegningsgrundlag?

Vil du sikre, at det vi leverer, altid er i topklasse og bygger på de nyeste standarder og bedste processer? Så er dette dit næste skridt.

Om rollen:

Du bliver ansvarlig for at:

  • Definere og vedligeholde KI’s standarder for BIM-modeller og tegningsmateriale.
  • Sikre høj kvalitet i alle leverede modeller og tegninger fra start til slut.
  • Træne vores team i best practices og løbende optimere arbejdsgange.
  • Være bindeled til bygherrer, rådgivere og entreprenører omkring digitale krav, IKT-aftaler og BIM-specifikationer.
  • Proaktivt identificere forbedringsmuligheder og implementere nye digitale værktøjer/metoder.

Kort sagt: Du sætter barren – og sikrer, at vi holder den.

Om dig:

  • Du har solid erfaring med BIM og IKT, fra rådgiver- eller entreprenørbranchen.
  • Gerne med ingeniørfaglig baggrund
  • Kendskab til værktøjer som TEKLA, Revit, AutoCAD, Solibri og Bluebeam (eller tilsvarende).
  • Du er struktureret og detaljeorienteret, men også pragmatisk, når det kræves.
  • Du forstår kompleksiteten i store byggeprojekter og kan skabe overblik for andre.
  • Du vil gerne tage ansvar og har mod på at udvikle KI’s digitale leverancer.
  • Erfaring som fagchef, BIM-koordinator eller kompetenceleder.
