Posição de CEO para liderar a próxima fase de crescimento e profissionalização da companhia. A posição terá papel estratégico na evolução do negócio, sendo responsável por estruturar a operação, fortalecer a gestão e acelerar a escalabilidade da empresa.

A organização atua no segmento de educação e serviços, possui forte presença no mercado em que está inserida e vive um momento de transformação, com expansão do portfólio de soluções e desenvolvimento de novas frentes de negócio. O executivo atuará em parceria direta com os fundadores e o conselho, conduzindo a operação e preparando a empresa para um novo ciclo de crescimento.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Liderar integralmente a operação da companhia, garantindo a execução da estratégia definida pelo conselho.
  • Estruturar a organização para suportar a próxima fase de crescimento e escalabilidade.
  • Desenvolver e fortalecer as lideranças, promovendo maior autonomia e maturidade da gestão.
  • Implantar processos, governança, indicadores de desempenho e rotinas de gestão.
  • Liderar as áreas de Marketing, Comercial, Operações, Recursos Humanos, Tecnologia e demais áreas corporativas.
  • Identificar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de crescimento, novos produtos e novos canais de receita.
  • Promover ganhos de produtividade por meio da implementação de tecnologia, automação e inteligência artificial.
  • Conduzir o planejamento estratégico, acompanhando indicadores e garantindo a execução das prioridades do negócio.

Perfil técnico

  • Experiência anterior como CEO, Diretor Geral, COO ou executivo responsável pela gestão completa de uma organização.
  • Histórico comprovado na escalabilidade de negócios e crescimento sustentável.
  • Vivência na liderança de operações multidisciplinares, com responsabilidade sobre Marketing, Comercial, Operações, Recursos Humanos, Tecnologia e áreas corporativas.
  • Experiência na estruturação de processos, governança, indicadores de desempenho e eficiência operacional.
  • Histórico consistente no desenvolvimento de lideranças e formação de equipes de alta performance.
  • Vivência em empresas de serviços, tecnologia, educação, SaaS, infoprodutos ou negócios digitais será considerada um diferencial.
