Definir e conduzir a arquitetura técnica e os padrões de engenharia das plataformas digitais da companhia, assegurando escalabilidade, resiliência,

segurança e velocidade de entrega;

Liderar a evolução do modelo tradicional de engenharia para um ecossistema habilitado por IA, automação e platform engineering, promovendo

produtividade, simplificação e aceleração do ciclo de desenvolvimento;

Definir a visão tecnológica de médio e longo prazo, conectando arquitetura, engenharia e estratégia de negócio;

Conduzir o roadmap técnico e a evolução do processo de desenvolvimento de software, fortalecendo práticas modernas de engenharia, qualidade e

entrega contínua;

Liderar a governança arquitetural das soluções de e-commerce, CRM, ERP e plataformas digitais de venda direta, garantindo integração, consistência e

eficiência operacional;

Orquestrar integrações complexas entre sistemas, assegurando fluxo contínuo de dados e sustentação do ecossistema omnichannel;

Estruturar e liderar a agenda de modernização tecnológica e gestão de dívida técnica, equilibrando inovação, risco e continuidade operacional;

Evoluir capabilities de observabilidade, monitoramento e performance engineering, promovendo estabilidade e detecção proativa de falhas;

Fortalecer práticas de DevOps, CI/CD, qualidade de código e security by design, promovendo maturidade de engenharia;

Liderar a evolução das capabilities de engenharia, arquitetura, automação e IA, promovendo reskilling contínuo e desenvolvimento de competências

críticas;

Desenvolver cultura de engenharia de alta performance, fortalecendo autonomia, accountability, inovação e colaboração entre times técnicos e

negócio;

Atuar como parceiro estratégico do board e da vice-presidência, influenciando decisões tecnológicas de impacto para o negócio.

Forte background em Arquitetura Corporativa, Arquitetura de Sistemas e Engenharia de Software; Experiência robusta em ambientes Cloud (preferencialmente AWS), Cloud Native e Multi-Cloud; Vivência em arquiteturas distribuídas e integrações complexas de sistemas; Experiência com ecossistemas digitais omnichannel e integrações entre e-commerce, CRM, ERP e plataformas digitais; Forte experiência em modernização de legados e gestão de dívida técnica; Vivência consolidada em CI/CD, DevOps, platform engineering e esteiras modernas de engenharia; Conhecimento robusto em observabilidade, monitoramento distribuído e performance engineering; Forte letramento em dados, analytics e governança tecnológica; Conhecimento em IA aplicada à engenharia de software, automação, copilots de desenvolvimento e governança de IA; Vivência em ambientes de alta escala, transformação tecnológica e ecossistemas digitais complexos; Capacidade de equilibrar legado, inovação, governança e velocidade de entrega; Inglês avançado.
