Empresa nacional de grande porte focada em serviços financeiros, em momento de expansão e fortalecimento da vertical financeira.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Desenvolver, revisar e monitorar modelos de risco de crédito voltados principalmente para cartão de crédito, incluindo modelos de concessão, comportamento, limite e inadimplência;
  • Avaliar a performance dos scores atualmente utilizados pela companhia, propondo melhorias, recalibrações e novos fornecedores/bureaus quando necessário;
  • Construir e evoluir modelos proprietários, como behaviour score, garantindo maior eficiência e previsibilidade da carteira;
  • Garantir documentação técnica, rastreabilidade e governança dos modelos estatísticos;
  • Apoiar processos de validação interna, auditoria e demandas regulatórias relacionadas aos modelos de crédito;
  • Atuar como referência técnica da área, apoiando tecnicamente os analistas e contribuindo para a evolução da estrutura de modelagem;
  • Participar de projetos estruturantes relacionados à evolução analítica, arquitetura de dados e melhoria contínua dos motores de crédito.

PERFIL TÉCNICO:

  • Experiência consolidada em modelagem estatística aplicada a risco e crédito;
  • Conhecimento em machine learning, redes neurais e técnicas avançadas de modelagem;
  • Domínio de métricas de performance e estabilidade de modelos, como KS, Gini, PSI, AUC e backtesting;
  • Vivência com linguagens de programação e manipulação de dados, como SQL, Python ou similares;
  • Conhecimento em governança, documentação e monitoramento de modelos estatísticos;
  • Experiência em ambientes financeiros, fintechs, instituições de crédito ou empresas com produtos financeiros/cartão de crédito;
  • Formação superior em áreas quantitativas, como Engenharia, Estatística, Matemática, Ciências Atuariais, Economia ou correlatas.
