Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) Gerente Comercial para atuar em um grupo empresarial do segmento de logística e transportes, com forte presença no ecossistema de e-commerce e soluções de distribuição.

A posição terá como principal desafio liderar a estruturação e integração das áreas Comercial, Customer Success e Atendimento, estabelecendo processos, indicadores, políticas e rotinas de gestão que sustentem o crescimento do negócio.

Procuramos um(a) profissional com experiência em gestão comercial B2B, visão de negócios e capacidade de transformação, que tenha disposição para atuar próximo às equipes e desenvolver uma operação comercial mais estruturada, eficiente e orientada a resultados.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Liderar e integrar as áreas Comercial, Customer Success e Atendimento, promovendo maior eficiência e alinhamento entre as equipes.
  • Diagnosticar processos existentes, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e estruturar políticas, fluxos e rotinas de gestão.
  • Definir indicadores de desempenho, metas comerciais e mecanismos de acompanhamento de resultados.
  • Avaliar a estrutura organizacional, responsabilidades e competências das equipes, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento dos profissionais.
  • Estruturar processos de prospecção ativa e desenvolver oportunidades comerciais junto a clientes estratégicos B2B.
  • Desenvolver o planejamento comercial das diferentes unidades de negócio, alinhando iniciativas às prioridades do grupo.
  • Implementar e aprimorar ferramentas de gestão comercial e relacionamento com clientes, incluindo CRM.
  • Acompanhar resultados comerciais com foco em precificação, custos, margens e rentabilidade.
  • Atuar de maneira integrada com as áreas Financeira e Operacional, garantindo viabilidade e qualidade na prestação dos serviços.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência consistente em gestão comercial B2B, preferencialmente em empresas de serviços ou operações complexas.
  • Histórico de estruturação ou transformação de áreas comerciais, com implantação de processos, indicadores e rotinas de gestão.
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes comerciais e de relacionamento com clientes.
  • Vivência em desenvolvimento de negócios, negociação e gestão de contas estratégicas.
  • Conhecimento de CRM, gestão de pipeline, políticas comerciais e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Visão financeira e entendimento de precificação, custos e rentabilidade.
  • Experiência em ambientes de crescimento, transformação ou profissionalização de estruturas organizacionais.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência nos segmentos de logística, transporte, distribuição, e-commerce ou serviços B2B.
  • Vivência em empresas familiares ou de médio porte em processo de profissionalização.
  • Participação em projetos de integração de áreas comerciais, Customer Success e Atendimento.
