El Rol Coordinarás la operación de una cuenta de telecomunicaciones de alto perfil, articulando los equipos de contenido B2B, creatividad y PR para garantizar la ejecución de entregables, el cumplimiento de SLAs y la comunicación externa de la marca. ¿Qué harás?

  • Serás el punto de contacto operativo con el cliente, gestionando expectativas, seguimiento de entregables y resolución de contingencias.
  • Coordinarás los equipos de contenido B2B, creatividad y PR, asegurando tiempos, calidad y alineación con los objetivos de cada frente.
  • Apoyo gestionando la estrategia de comunicación externa: comunicados de prensa, Q&A, media briefs y materiales para voceros.
  • Adaptarás mensajes técnicos del sector telecomunicaciones a lenguaje mediático claro y relevante para distintas audiencias.
  • Detectarás oportunidades de posicionamiento y earned media en medios especializados y generalistas.
  • Coordinarás con el equipo de social media y contenido B2B para garantizar consistencia narrativa en todos los canales.

Requirements

¿Quién eres?

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas, PR o comunicación corporativa, idealmente en agencia.
  • Profesional en Comunicación Social, Publicidad y RRPP, Periodismo, Marketing o afines.
  • Experiencia redactando comunicados de prensa, contenidos corporativos y materiales para medios.
  • Excelente redacción y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Manejo de Google Workspace y Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • Experiencia en sector telecomunicaciones o tecnología B2B.
  • Manejo de Sprinklr u otras herramientas de gestión de redes sociales.
