About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, owning configuration, data models, objects and fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, permissions, profiles, and sharing.
  • Maintain Salesforce as a reliable system of record, ensuring data integrity through deduplication, data hygiene, field governance, and audit controls.
  • Partner with Sales and business leaders to improve prospecting, pipeline, customer lifecycle, and revenue workflows.
  • Own and scale Cadence, Findem's AI-powered GTM operations platform, including integrations and data pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Snowflake, and other GTM systems.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations that streamline the revenue process from lead to opportunity, quote to cash, and retention and expansion.
  • Identify manual and repetitive GTM processes and transform them into automated, agent-driven workflows that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues involving APIs, data synchronization, and data drift.
  • Establish standards for AI agent reliability, data accuracy, governance, and change management as automation capabilities scale.
  • Act as a strategic systems advisor and operational partner to leadership, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, Flows, reports, dashboards, security, and data management.
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations, including REST APIs, Connected Apps, OAuth, webhooks, middleware, and ETL.
  • Understanding of GTM platforms such as HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, and how these systems integrate with Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and a strong interest in building AI-powered workflows and agents.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and integration issues.
  • Strong ownership of system reliability, data accuracy, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Agentforce, MCP, Zapier, Workato, n8n, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience designing AI-driven GTM or revenue operations workflows.
