Notre client est un acteur majeur de la construction en Suisse romande, spécialisé notamment dans le domaine de la construction et des travaux spéciaux. Reconnu pour son expertise technique, son exigence en matière de sécurité et sa capacité à mener des projets complexes, il offre un environnement stimulant au sein d'une structure en développement.

Description du poste --------------------

  • Élaborer et décomposer les prix de vente.
  • Analyser les coûts de revient et identifier les leviers d'optimisation.
  • Préparer les dossiers d'appels d'offres publics et privés, incluant les références, les analyses techniques, les modes opératoires et les plannings.
  • Vérifier les quantités et les métrés transmis dans les dossiers d'appel d'offres.
  • Rédiger les soumissions et établir les demandes de prix en phase de calculation.
  • Analyser les variantes possibles et proposer des solutions chiffrées lors des remises d'offres.
  • Optimiser les concepts proposés par les mandataires.
  • Apporter un soutien technique aux équipes travaux durant la phase d'exécution.

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme reconnu de conducteur de travaux, d'ingénieur civil EPF/HES ou d'une formation jugée équivalente, ou au bénéfice d'une solide expérience terrain.
  • Expérience confirmée en calculation dans le domaine des Travaux Spéciaux, indispensable.
  • Profil technique disposant d'une excellente maîtrise des travaux spéciaux.
  • Très bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Office, MS Project et AutoCAD.
  • Personne rigoureuse, autonome, persévérante et dotée d'un bon esprit d'équipe.
  • Aisance relationnelle et orale, avec une capacité à convaincre le management et les clients de la pertinence de vos analyses et propositions
