The Opportunity

Are you a proactive, enthusiastic people person who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? We are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our SMSF team in Dubbo. This full-time, office-based, 12-month max-term contract is a great opportunity to build your skills with a leading provider of accounting and financial services.

Your role, your contribution!

  • Own a varied mix of administration, from lodging tax returns and managing ATO correspondence to preparing financial packages
  • Keep ASIC requirements on track and set up new entities
  • Process orders for SMSF legal documents
  • Manage invoicing and WIP, working closely with advisers, partners and corporate staff
  • Back up accountants, partners and colleagues so they can respond to client requests with confidence
