The posting

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, repairs and operates all building support equipment and maintenance tools and equipment. Assists in the installation of facilities equipment.

EDUCATION: Minimum: ⢠High School education or equivalent Preferred: ⢠Additional training in engineering technologies.

LICENSE: Minimum: ⢠Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum: ⢠Two years in building operations and maintenance. Preferred: ⢠Boiler operation certification or experience.

SKILLS: Minimum: ⢠Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner, and to deal effectively with stressful situations. ⢠Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested.
