ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Field Sales Intern to join our Vehicle Financing team.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

- Own lead conversion for our Portuguese fleet pipeline, from first follow-up to signed contract and payout.

- Get full access to our existing inbound leads and pipeline opportunities.

- Follow up with fleet owners by phone and email, and keep every deal moving.

- Make sure fleets submit all the required documents, and chase whatever is missing.

- Prepare the agreements with our team and get contracts signed.

- Track every deal’s status and flag blockers early, so we can unblock them on our side.

- Share what you hear from fleets (objections, friction points, what works) so we can improve the product and process.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

- You’re hungry, persistent and comfortable picking up the phone and chasing people (politely).

- You’re self-driven and organised. You can keep many deals in flight without anyonemanaging your day.

- You communicate clearly, by phone and in writing, and build trust quickly with small business owners.

- Portuguese is strongly preferred but not required. If you don’t speak Portuguese, you can team up with a Portuguese speaker and split the commission.

- You’re a student or recent graduate. Experience in sales, mobility or financial services is a plus but not a must.

BENEFITS

- €500 per closed deal. This is pure commission with no fixed salary and no cap on earnings.

- Full flexibility. You’re paid on results, so you set your own hours, work fully remotely and choose how you work. Fit it around your studies, or go all in.

- Hands-on experience in B2B sales and fintech at a fast-growing Berlin startup.

- Direct work with the vehicle finance lead and full insight into how an embedded lending product is launched in a new market.

- Possible follow-on role: if the sprint goes well, there’s an opportunity to continue as a working student or in another role.

TIMELINE

Start ASAP (early November) and run until the end of December 2026.
