Jouw rol

De business development managers jagen op nieuwe partners. De projectleiders zorgen voor de perfecte uitvoering op de werf. En daartussen zit de cruciale schakel: jij.

Jij bent de commerciële schakel tussen de klanten en het operationele team. Je zorgt dat aanvragen vlot worden opgevolgd en opdrachten correct worden overgedragen:

  • Offertes maken: je analyseert dagelijks aanvragen en zorgt voor correcte, duidelijke offertes.
  • Klanten opvolgen: je belt actief op, beantwoordt vragen, neemt twijfels weg en zorgt dat offertes worden goedgekeurd.
  • Dossiers overdragen: na akkoord maak je het dossier compleet en geef je het door aan de projectleiders.
  • Kennis delen: je beantwoordt vragen van klanten over prijzen en technische details. Geen ervaring met glas? Je leert de kneepjes van het vak.
  • Je bent daarbij zowel het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor B2B-klanten, zoals makelaars en syndici, als de vertrouwenspersoon voor particuliere klanten die vaak met onzekerheid zitten bij schade.

Wie ben jij?

Je krijgt energie van klantencontact én van het wegwerken van een volle inbox.

  • Commercieel: je hebt geen drempelvrees om de telefoon te pakken en krijgt energie van klanten overtuigen.
  • Proactief & resultaatgericht: je wacht niet af, maar neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Empathisch: je voelt aan wat een klant nodig heeft en weet dat vertrouwen bij particuliere klanten minstens zo belangrijk is als verkopen.
  • Administratief sterk: je werkt snel en nauwkeurig en houdt ook in drukke momenten het overzicht.
  • Teamplayer: je werkt vlot samen met collega’s, business developers, je teamlead en projectleiders.
  • Ervaring: je hebt ervaring in een commerciële functie, maar vooral je mindset, energie en leergierigheid maken het verschil.
  • Talen: je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Ambitie: je wil groeien en op termijn een grotere rol opnemen binnen het commerciële proces.
