Vil du bygge fremtidens montørteam op?

Salget i vores Energiafdeling stiger. Afdelingen arbejder med varmecentraler, service og planlagt vedligehold. Nu søger vi en driftchef, der kan gøre nye aftaler til gode leverancer hos kunderne og bygge teamet op, mens vi vokser.

Jobbet

Du står for den daglige drift og refererer til VVS-direktør Jonas Larsen. Du arbejder tæt sammen med vores forretningsudvikler, der skaber nye koncepter og rammeaftaler. Din opgave er at få dem leveret. I det første år skal du udvide teamet uden at slække på kvaliteten, gøre tiden fra aftale til første leverance kortere og være med til at teste vores nye dataplatform.

Du kommer blandt andet til at:

• Lede funktionærer og montører i hverdagen

• Planlægge servicebesøg, vedligehold og projektopgaver

• Rekruttere, oplære og udvikle nye montører

• Koordinere tilbud på mindre opgaver

• Bruge data, fx energibesparelser og alarmer, til at prioritere og dokumentere over for kunderne

• Rapportere om drift og kvalitet til VVS-direktøren

Du

• Er uddannet VVS- eller energifagmand og har solid erfaring fra faget

• Har ledet montører, gerne i en periode med vækst

• Kender varmecentraler og rørinstallationer, og gerne IoT/CTS

• Er struktureret, kundevendt og taler montørernes sprog

Vi er ca. 270 kollegaer inden for el, VVS, CTS, energi og service på hele Sjælland. Organisationen er flad, og der er kort vej fra idé til handling. Vi tør gå forrest, også når det gælder data og nye energiløsninger.
