  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize development based on business value, operational needs, technical dependencies, and available resources
  • Coordinate development activities with internal Digital teams, architects, and external vendors
  • Work with architects and technical teams to ensure that solutions align with the existing architecture and integration landscape
  • Coordinate testing, releases, and the implementation of new features with relevant stakeholders
  • Gather user feedback, follow up on delivered solutions, and drive continuous improvement
  • Support application lifecycle management, including upgrades, maintenance, and resolution of operational issues.

Our expectations

  • Several years of experience in IT product ownership, application development, business analysis, application management, or a similar role
  • Experience in requirements management, development prioritization, and coordinating deliveries
  • A genuine interest in business operations and how technology can improve them
  • Good understanding of solution architecture, integrations, APIs, software development lifecycles, and agile practices
  • Ability to balance business needs and technical considerations when making decisions
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, architects, and external vendors
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • A proactive and collaborative working style, with the ability to take ownership and drive work forward
  • Knowledge of airline operations, particularly Operations Control, is considered an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English are required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
