Position Overview:

Reporting to the Software Delivery Manager, the Salesforce Technical Lead is responsible for leading a Salesforce delivery team in the design, development, testing, and release of scalable enterprise solutions. This role provides day-to-day technical leadership, delivery oversight, and people leadership while remaining hands-on in solution implementation.

Working closely with the Salesforce Solution Architect, Product Management, and Product Owners, the Salesforce Technical Lead translates approved architectural direction, business requirements, and product priorities into detailed technical designs and high-quality software solutions. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
